RADIOACTIVE WORMS
In places where radiation leaks in, most anomalous formations can be seen within the lower life forms. Worms have even changed their reproductive functions from asexual to sexual in order to increase their chances to survive. And they grew, they grew enormous.
On their own they are not aggressive, however in their habitat they can always expect something slimy to fall on top of one's self and burst into a splash of radioactive goo.
